Go from zero to a live site in minutes. This guide walks you through setting up your workspace, choosing a theme, and publishing your first content.

1. Sign In to HQ

Visit hq.bulkheados.com and sign in with your passkey or magic link. HQ is your admin dashboard — the single place you manage all your sites.

2. Create a Workspace

A workspace is your site. Give it a name, choose a slug, and select your preferred theme. Each workspace gets its own content library, settings, and domain.

3. Choose a Theme

Themes control how your site looks. Browse the Theme Library and install one with a single click. Themes are safe — they only change colors and layout, never your content.

Tip: The Mint theme is perfect for documentation sites. It includes a sidebar navigation, table of contents, and clean reading experience.

4. Create Your First Page

  1. Open the Library in your workspace sidebar
  2. Click New item
  3. Choose a content type (e.g., Page for a standalone page)
  4. Write your title and content
  5. Set the status to Published

5. Review Domains

Your default workspace domain is available after provisioning. Custom-domain verification is guided from HQ and should stay Protected until DNS, SSL, and tenant-specific verification evidence are attached.

6. View Your Site

Visit the verified workspace domain. Every published page appears with source-backed metadata, structured data, and AI discovery surfaces when the tenant policy publishes them.
